it's v-day, show your body some love

Joel and I hit a short workout today.

I did pushups until I burnt out while Joel did an ab workout. When I burnt out we switched exercises. We did five sets in a row.

hey flabby abs

What are you guys all up to these days workout-wise?

Joel and I just did a heart melting timed mega set workout. It was four different exercises all in a row. Not really very fun for the first workout I've done after two weeks. I got set back with the flu.

Anyway, the point of this post is to encourage you all to get back on track. GO GET 'EM.
