What are you guys all up to these days workout-wise?
Joel and I just did a heart melting timed mega set workout. It was four different exercises all in a row. Not really very fun for the first workout I've done after two weeks. I got set back with the flu.
Anyway, the point of this post is to encourage you all to get back on track. GO GET 'EM.

What Michael left out was the details of our mega power masher.
ONE SET consisted of:
1. Front Squat/Shoulder Press (20)
2. Rhomboid Pulls (20)
3. Step-Ups (15 each leg)
4. Squat (no weight), extend to push up, push up, pull back in to squat pos., grab bar, pull-up (20 of those babies)
All these are done back to back for time. Our times were:

It definitely helped to have someone to race against (aka Michael.) You can see our times varied with motivation and will-power.
