day 3

i've taken two days between each workout, so i'm just getting to day 3 today.

pullups went well on friday, it helped to have a spotter. today i was able to complete the work out.
4 4 4 3 5(max)

pushups: 16, 21(5 knee), 15(3 knee), 10(narrow grip, 5 knee), 15(wide)
