day 7

starting in on my third week on the program. i'll be using column two in both week 3 programs.

pullups: 6 5 4 5 6! RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!

pushups: 12 17 14(4 knee) 13 (5 knee) 13 (6 knee)
the 60 sec. breaks killed me. i need better recovery time.

i tried the twohundredsquats.com initial test and did 100. now my legs are stiff.
