Well I chose a terrible time to do my initial test hahaha. I just had some pasta and then thought, "Hey, if I don't do those push-ups now...I'll forget." I ended up with a sad 14. More so than ever I am determined now to destroy my body.
the amazing thing about this program, is that it doesn't matter where you start. Everybody has the ability to get to 100 in the 6 weeks. Oh, and about destroying the body, sometimes you need to tear down before you can build. A wise man once told me that.
