Serious Ketchup

After day one of the first week, things got really busy and I had to set this program aside. I'm committed to getting back on track and "representing" for the non 2o-something group.  I can't say that stump pulling and boat lift "dead lifts" were good cross training, but I'm plenty sore.

Don't worry Brian. I took Thursday Friday and Saturday off. I did day 3 on Sunday. I'm going to go Tues. Thurs. Sat. and then back on schedule.
