Week four (column 3), day 2 AGAIN.
I changed up my plan because I was way too busy to do them yesterday (monday). The extra day really really helped.
First 25 were very strong. I feel a lot of my muscles working well together. Feeling very solid, no pains anymore.
25. 29. 25. 25. (29. 18) max was 36
HAHAHA!!! Thanks to Mae's "Brink of Disaster," I powered through my second to last set (25 ) like a champ. I think slapping the rug and screaming at it helped as well........
TOTAL PUSH-UPS: 151
I'm about ready to leave this hell camp...BUT I WILL PUSH ON!
