Makin' Progress

Finished my week two: 23, 28, 23, 23, 25 I didn't think I was making any gains until I added up my set totals.

Week 1: 86, 88, 90
Week 2: 97, 103, 122

So, here's a question for you...my left pec is bigger than my right!? What gives?

KEEP IN MIND, I'm no professional... but your pecs should even out. It may be because you are using more right tricep than your left. Resulting in your left pec having to do a majority of the work for the left side. It could also be from any daily chore that only involves your left pec, (maybe if you steer your car with your left hand? and it doesn't have power steering?)

Who knows? In this case, "I don't see how you do."

POE,

Thanks for that advice. There seems to be plenty of similiar complaints on the body building forums with various suggestions. Some say the opposite, that the left is weaker and having to work harder makes it bigger? I think I'll continue on with the program and see if my symmetry evens out over time. At this point I think I'll spare you any photos so you can see how I do... http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=left+pec+bigger+than+right&aq=f&oq=
