I dropped back to the middle column on week 3, day 2. It's the same as week 3, day 1, so I was able to see some improvement today on my sets. Maybe this is related to a little more time between sets?
17, 19, 15, 15, 20 (max, with breaks, but I tried to the plank position will i took a break in between reps. I got stuck on my last rep, i fought and fought, but crumbled. Only to rise again seconds later. I live to see another day.

It's encouraging to hear you stay confident even though you're adjusting your routine back a notch. It makes me feel a bit more like, "Hey, I can do this even if it means I'll take a bit longer." It's about the follow-through :-P
